Job Title: Embedded Finance Partnership Lead

Job Description: As an Embedded Finance Partnership Lead at a GCC fintech organization, you will build and manage B2B BNPL, merchant lending, and API distribution partnerships — driving embedded finance commercial activation across GCC retail, e-commerce, and enterprise platforms for a fast-growing embedded finance and fintech organization.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage B2B BNPL, merchant lending, and API distribution partnerships across GCC markets
• Drive embedded finance commercial activation across retail, e-commerce, and enterprise platforms
• Identify and develop new embedded finance partnership opportunities across GCC industry sectors
• Present embedded lending and BNPL checkout solutions to merchant and enterprise platform decision-makers
• Lead partnership activation — technical integration coordination, API connectivity, and commercial launch
• Achieve Embedded Finance Partnership Lead-level merchant activation and BNPL volume targets
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams on embedded finance delivery
• Monitor GCC and global embedded finance, B2B BNPL, and open finance partnership developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Embedded Finance Partnership Lead or B2B BNPL partnership management experience in GCC
• Strong embedded finance commercial activation, merchant partnership, and API distribution skills
• Deep understanding of GCC embedded lending, BNPL, and open finance commercial landscape
• Excellent commercial, API integration advisory, and senior merchant enterprise stakeholder management
• Arabic language skills preferred for GCC merchant and enterprise platform partner engagement
• GCC fintech embedded finance, B2B BNPL, or merchant lending partnership experience strongly preferred
