Job Title: Ecosystem & Marketplace Product Owner

Job Description: As an Ecosystem & Marketplace Product Owner at a leading bank in the UAE, you will drive fintech ecosystem and marketplace product development. You will own the product roadmap for emerging fintech solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative financial products that serve the bank’s digital transformation strategy .

Responsibilities:

• Own the ecosystem and marketplace product roadmap for fintech solutions
• Drive product development and innovation for emerging fintech offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
• Define product requirements and success metrics
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on product delivery
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Support the bank’s digital transformation and fintech innovation strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven product management experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems and marketplace dynamics
• Experience with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements
• GCC or UAE fintech product management experience preferred
