Job Title: E-commerce Platform Integrations & Merchant Support Manager

Job Description: As an E-commerce Platform Integrations and Merchant Support Manager at RAKBANK, you will manage payment integrations with e-commerce platforms and provide ongoing support to merchants, ensuring seamless payment experiences and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of payment gateways and acquiring solutions with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Manage merchant onboarding, technical support, and issue resolution for payment processing.
• Monitor transaction performance, chargeback ratios, and merchant satisfaction to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and sales teams to expand merchant coverage and capabilities.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of e-commerce, payment integrations, or merchant support experience in banking, payments, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of payment gateways, APIs, and acquiring ecosystems.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and merchant services.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
