Job Title: Digital Wallet Growth Manager

Job Description: As a Digital Wallet Growth Manager, you will drive adoption of a consumer wallet in the Qatari market, growing users and transaction volume.

Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption and engagement for the consumer wallet in Qatar.
• Develop and execute growth campaigns across digital and partnership channels.
• Analyse user behaviour, funnel metrics, and campaign performance to optimise growth.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships teams on growth initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of growth marketing or product growth experience in fintech, payments, or consumer apps.
• Strong understanding of digital wallets, consumer payments, and the Qatari market.
• Proven track record of scaling consumer adoption and engagement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
