Strategic Role Context

This role is designed for a senior fintech professional responsible for the architectural leadership and operational integrity of digital treasury and liquidity management systems. The appointment reflects the growing complexity of modern fintech environments, where liquidity visibility, real-time control, and deterministic financial positioning are critical to systemic stability.

Operating remotely with Dubai as a strategic coordination point, the role governs how treasury engines, liquidity forecasting systems, cash-flow orchestration layers, and financial control frameworks are designed and operated. The mandate is institution-grade, emphasizing precision, resilience, and long-term infrastructure coherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee digital treasury platforms supporting real-time liquidity monitoring, forecasting, and optimization.
• Design financial control architectures integrating transaction data, settlement flows, and liquidity positions.
• Establish standards for intraday and end-of-day liquidity visibility, reconciliation accuracy, and control integrity.
• Define governance frameworks for treasury operations, financial risk exposure, and operational resilience.
• Develop scalable architectures capable of supporting multi-currency and cross-border liquidity environments.
• Lead globally distributed treasury technology, data, and engineering teams in a remote-first structure.
• Produce institutional-grade documentation covering treasury architecture, operating principles, and long-term evolution.

Professional Profile

• 15–22 years of experience in fintech treasury systems, financial infrastructure, or liquidity technology.
• Deep understanding of cash-flow mechanics, liquidity forecasting, and financial control models.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, data consistency, and real-time financial processing.
• Proven ability to translate financial complexity into structured system architectures.
• Excellent executive-level communication and documentation skills.

Compensation & Engagement

• Annual Compensation: AED 800,000 – 1,200,000 (tax-free)
