Job Title: Digital Solutions API Integration Engineer (Client Services)

Job Description: As a Digital Solutions API Integration Engineer within a client services team, you will serve as a key subject matter expert — providing direct API integration support and advisory to clients integrating financial technology solutions. You will combine strong technical API expertise with client-facing communication skills to guide enterprise financial institution and fintech clients through complex API integration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key subject matter expert and team member providing direct API integration support to enterprise clients
• Guide financial institution and fintech clients through complex API integration projects for digital banking and payments solutions
• Provide technical advisory on API design, integration architecture, and implementation best practices for fintech clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues — coordinating with internal Engineering and Product teams on resolution
• Produce clear, well-structured API integration documentation and client-facing technical guides
• Conduct API integration onboarding sessions and technical workshops for new client implementations
• Monitor client API integration health and proactively engage on performance improvements and upgrade opportunities
• Stay current on financial services API standards, open banking developments, and digital banking integration best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven API integration engineering experience with client services exposure in a fintech or digital banking context
• Strong technical expertise in REST API design, integration architecture, and API security
• Experience supporting enterprise financial institution or fintech clients through complex API integration projects
• Excellent technical communication and documentation skills for client-facing API advisory
• Understanding of open banking standards, digital payments APIs, and financial services technology integration
• UAE financial services or banking technology experience preferred
