Responsibilities

  • Manage fintech project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams.
  • Monitor project KPIs and performance.
  • Ensure projects comply with DIFC/ADGM and UAE regulations.
  • Report progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or Finance; PMP or Prince2 preferred.
  • 5–8 years project management experience in fintech or banking.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE digital banking regulations.
