Job Title: Digital Assets Compliance Associate – FSRA / ADGM Regulated Firm

Job Description: As a Digital Assets Compliance Associate at an FSRA-regulated firm within the ADGM financial centre, you will support the compliance function — applying foundational compliance and digital assets knowledge to regulatory compliance, KYC, and financial crime operations for a professionally managed ADGM-regulated digital assets organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the compliance function at an FSRA-regulated ADGM digital assets organization
• Apply foundational compliance and digital assets knowledge to regulatory compliance and KYC operations
• Assist with KYC review and client onboarding compliance for digital asset client mandates
• Support transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and financial crime compliance activities
• Coordinate with MLRO, Compliance, and Operations teams on compliance delivery and governance
• Maintain accurate compliance records and digital asset client documentation for regulatory review
• Produce compliance performance support reports under senior compliance leadership mentoring
• Monitor ADGM FSRA and global digital asset regulatory developments for compliance intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Digital Assets Compliance Associate or entry-level compliance experience in ADGM or fintech
• Foundational compliance, KYC, and digital assets regulatory knowledge for associate mandate
• Understanding of ADGM FSRA regulatory framework and digital asset compliance standards
• CAMS in progress or equivalent compliance qualification preferred for compliance associate development
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for compliance records and KYC management
• GCC or ADGM digital assets or FSRA-regulated compliance associate experience preferred
