Job Title: Design Manager (fintech/payments experiences)

Job Description: As a Design Manager specialising in fintech and payments experiences, you will lead a team of designers to create intuitive, user-centred interfaces for digital payment products, wallets, and merchant platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers, ensuring high-quality design delivery.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process for payment experiences, from research to final execution.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align design with business goals.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of product design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in fintech or payments.
• Strong portfolio of consumer-facing fintech, payments, or banking applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and design systems; deep understanding of user-centred design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
