Job Title: Deputy Regulatory Compliance Officer (ADGM/FSRA)

Job Description: As a Deputy Regulatory Compliance Officer at Binance, you will support the compliance function for the ADGM-regulated entity, ensuring adherence to FSRA rules, AML/CFT regulations, and evolving virtual asset frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and controls for the ADGM entity.
• Manage regulatory filings, reporting, and correspondence with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).
• Conduct AML/CFT reviews, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening for clients and counterparties.
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance training initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of compliance experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial services, with ADGM/FSRA experience.
• Deep knowledge of ADGM regulations, FSRA rules, AML/CFT frameworks, and virtual asset compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; relevant compliance certifications (CAMS, CGSS) are preferred.
