Job Title: Deputy Regulatory Compliance Officer

Job Description: As the Deputy Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will oversee the regulatory compliance framework, manage submissions, and engage with supervisors to ensure full adherence to FSRA rules.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and controls for the ADGM entity.
• Manage regulatory submissions, including filings, notifications, and correspondence with the FSRA.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance training initiatives.
• Conduct AML/CFT reviews, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of compliance experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial services, with ADGM/FSRA experience.
• Deep knowledge of ADGM regulations, FSRA rules, and AML/CFT frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; relevant compliance certifications (CAMS, CGSS) preferred.
