Job Title: Deputy MLRO

Job Description: As a Deputy MLRO, you will hold the deputy compliance function for a licensed payment institution, supporting the MLRO and managing AML/CFT compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Support the MLRO in managing the AML/CFT framework, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage escalations and regulatory reporting in the MLRO’s absence.
• Conduct AML monitoring, investigations, and suspicious activity reporting.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to enhance controls.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of AML/CFT compliance experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar AML regulations and payment compliance frameworks.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CGSS) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
