We are looking for an analytical and innovative Data Scientist to help harness the power of data within our fintech solutions. The successful candidate will design models, uncover insights, and drive product optimization through advanced analytics and machine learning. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured financial data.

• Build machine learning models for fraud detection, credit scoring, and risk management.

• Collaborate with product teams to embed data-driven features into fintech products.

• Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis to optimize product performance.

• Develop dashboards and visualization tools for business stakeholders.

• Research emerging techniques in AI/ML for fintech applications.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance policies.

Qualifications Needed

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred).

• 3–7 years of experience in data science or analytics.

• Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and big data platforms.

• Experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Background in financial data modeling or fintech preferred.

• Excellent communication skills to present technical insights.
