Job Title: Data Scientist

Job Description: As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics and machine learning techniques to derive insights and drive decision-making across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop predictive models, and optimize processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay informed about advancements in data science and machine learning techniques, and apply them to real-world problems.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
