Job Title: Data Reporting Specialist & PMO

Job Description: As a Data Reporting Specialist and PMO at ila Bank, you will manage data reporting, analytics, and project management office functions, supporting strategic decision-making and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data reporting dashboards and analytics for business performance monitoring.
• Support PMO functions, including project tracking, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of data reporting, analytics, and PMO experience in banking or fintech.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and project management tools (JIRA).
• Experience with data warehousing and financial reporting is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills; fluent in English.
