Job Title: Data & Payments Analyst

Job Description: As a Data and Payments Analyst in the Middle East for a globally pioneering digital finance and stablecoin company, you will support the Compliance and Data & Payments functions by assisting with operational, administrative, and analytical activities related to transaction monitoring, KYT, Travel Rule processes, and payment operations in Abu Dhabi — building on the existing Data & Payments Analyst role but specifically for the Abu Dhabi and broader Middle East coverage area.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Compliance and Data & Payments functions with transaction monitoring, KYT, and Travel Rule operational activities in Abu Dhabi
• Assist with operational and analytical activities related to payment operations across the Middle East region
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in a fintech/crypto environment
• Maintain compliance records and operational documentation for transaction monitoring and KYT activities
• Support the Compliance team with regulatory reporting and analytical data preparation for Abu Dhabi operations
• Focus on execution, accuracy, learning, and development within a globally pioneering digital finance organization
• Stay current on VARA regulations, KYT standards, and Travel Rule compliance developments in the UAE
• Build analytical capability in crypto transaction monitoring and payment operations compliance

Qualifications Needed:

• Analytical and detail-oriented background with interest in compliance, data analytics, and payments operations
• Understanding of transaction monitoring, KYT, and Travel Rule compliance requirements preferred
• Strong organizational and operational accuracy skills for process execution in a fintech/crypto environment
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with globally distributed teams
• Interest in digital finance, blockchain, and stablecoin technology preferred
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or compliance analytics advantageous
