Job Title: Cybersecurity Offensive Specialist

Job Description: As a Cybersecurity Offensive Specialist, you will conduct offensive security testing for an SME payments fintech, identifying vulnerabilities and strengthening defenses.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct penetration testing and red-team exercises across applications and infrastructure.
• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities, documenting findings and remediation guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to validate fixes.
• Develop and maintain offensive security tooling and methodologies.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of offensive security or penetration testing experience in fintech or payments.
• Proficiency in tools (Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap) and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, and security frameworks.
• Professional certifications (OSCP, CEH) preferred; fluent in English.
