Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Description: As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company’s information systems and data from cyber threats and attacks. You will monitor security events, analyze vulnerabilities, and implement security controls to mitigate risks and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security events and alerts to detect and respond to potential security incidents.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses.

• Implement and maintain security controls and measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies.

• Investigate security breaches and incidents, and develop response plans and procedures.

• Stay informed about emerging cyber threats and security best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related roles.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

• Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
