Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage enterprise fintech clients.
- Monitor usage, satisfaction, and renewal metrics.
- Collaborate with product and support teams.
- Resolve client issues and identify upsell opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE service standards.
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field.
- 4–7 years customer success or account management experience.
- Fintech or SaaS experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
