Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to ensure clients achieve maximum value from fintech solutions. This role blends relationship management, problem-solving, and product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and guide them through fintech solution adoption.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
Analyze customer usage data and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with product teams to address client feedback.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
Develop strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
Upsell additional products and services where relevant.
Qualifications Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
3–6 years of customer success or account management experience.
Strong understanding of SaaS or fintech products.
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
