We are hiring a proactive Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our fintech solutions. The role involves building lasting client relationships, supporting onboarding, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction. This is a client-facing role that blends account management, support, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through onboarding and implementation processes.

Build long-term partnerships and proactively address client needs.

Monitor client usage and adoption of fintech products.

Develop tailored success plans to ensure clients achieve business outcomes.

Collaborate with product and sales teams to advocate for client requirements.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Resolve client issues with efficiency and empathy.

Deliver training sessions and knowledge-sharing resources.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services.

Strong understanding of fintech platforms or SaaS solutions.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with client metrics and reporting.
