Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to ensure clients achieve maximum value from fintech solutions. This role blends relationship management, problem-solving, and product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through fintech solution adoption.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.

Qualifications Needed

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
