Job Description
Job Title: Customer Insights Analyst
Job Description: As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to uncover insights and trends that drive strategic decision-making and improve customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization based on data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze customer data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to identify target audiences and personalize marketing efforts.
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
