Job Title: Cryptocurrency Trader – VARA-Regulated Virtual Asset Firm

Job Description: As a Cryptocurrency Trader at a VARA-regulated virtual asset company in Dubai, you will be responsible for executing cryptocurrency trading strategies using firm capital — applying previous experience in a fintech or trading firm under UAE regulations to trade across major digital asset pairs and generate returns within defined risk parameters. You will work within a regulated, compliance-focused trading environment adhering to all VARA and UAE requirements.

Responsibilities:*

• Execute cryptocurrency trading strategies using firm capital within a VARA-regulated virtual asset environment
• Apply previous experience in a fintech or trading firm under UAE regulations to trading execution
• Trade across major cryptocurrency pairs — Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major and minor digital asset markets
• Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to identify high-probability trading opportunities
• Manage open trading positions within defined risk parameters and firm capital allocation
• Understand risk management and compliance requirements in the UAE fintech sector — required
• Prepare trading performance reports and market commentary for team and risk management review
• Stay current on cryptocurrency market developments, regulatory landscape, and digital asset market dynamics

Qualifications Needed:

• Previous experience in a fintech or trading firm under UAE regulations — required
• Understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in the UAE fintech sector — required
• Proven cryptocurrency trading experience with track record of executing digital asset strategies
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, technical analysis, and blockchain fundamentals
• Strong risk management discipline for professional trading operations within defined parameters
• UAE-based candidate preferred for regulatory compliance and team engagement requirements
