Job Title: Crypto Trader (Derivatives)

Job Description: As a Crypto Derivatives Trader, you will build and execute derivatives trading for best execution at a crypto financial services firm’s new Abu Dhabi desk.

Responsibilities:

• Execute crypto derivatives trades, including futures, options, and swaps, ensuring best execution.
• Build and manage trading strategies for a new derivatives desk.
• Monitor market conditions, positions, and risk exposure in real-time.
• Collaborate with research and risk teams to refine strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of crypto derivatives or trading experience, with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and risk management skills.
• Fluent in English; ability to work independently and manage a portfolio.
