Job Description: As a Crypto Exchange Onboarding Specialist, you will verify and activate retail and corporate accounts, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and activate retail and corporate accounts on the crypto exchange.
• Conduct KYC, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Provide onboarding support and resolve client queries.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of onboarding, KYC, or client service experience in crypto or fintech.
• Strong understanding of KYC, CDD, and crypto compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
