Job Title: Crypto Exchange Compliance Analyst (CBB)

Job Description: As a Crypto Exchange Compliance Analyst, you will monitor transactions and testing for a Central Bank of Bahrain licensed exchange, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial crime controls.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor transactions and alerts for suspicious activity across the exchange.
• Conduct compliance testing, reviews, and investigations.
• Prepare regulatory reports and support CBB examinations.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and engineering teams on controls.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of compliance or AML experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of CBB regulations and virtual asset compliance frameworks.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CGSS) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills; fluent in English.
