Job Title: Crypto-as-a-Service Partnership

Job Description: Seeking a Crypto-as-a-Service Partnership contractor for 6 months in Dubai. The role involves account servicing — assisting the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner needs across Binance’s Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters for Binance’s Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) partnerships
• Ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of partner requests, queries, and account needs
• Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new CaaS partners, coordinating across commercial and technical teams
• Participate in commercial negotiations under guidance of the Partnership Manager
• Manage partner documentation, account records, and CRM data maintenance for CaaS partnerships
• Monitor partner account performance and identify issues requiring escalation or intervention
• Coordinate with Binance’s internal Product, Compliance, and Operations teams on partner service delivery matters
• Represent Binance’s CaaS offering professionally in all partner communications and interactions

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in account management, partnerships, or business development within crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for partner-facing account servicing
• Understanding of cryptocurrency products and Binance’s CaaS business model preferred
• Ability to work effectively under guidance of the Partnership Manager in a fast-paced crypto environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and documentation management
• Direct crypto/fintech/web3 experience is mandatory for the role
