Job Title: CRM Specialist

Job Description: The CRM Specialist will design automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and behavioural trigger workflows across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels — running experiments that prove what works and making data-driven calls to improve campaign performance across Deriv’s massive global trader base.

Responsibilities:*

  • Design and build CRM journeys that drive conversion and retention across Deriv’s millions of traders globally
  • Develop automated lifecycle campaigns and behavioural trigger workflows across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels
  • Run structured A/B tests and experiments to identify what messaging, timing, and content drives measurable results
  • Analyse campaign performance data and continuously optimize journeys based on conversion, engagement, and revenue metrics
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate CRM triggers with Deriv’s platform events and user data
  • Maintain and evolve the CRM automation infrastructure ensuring reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop audience segmentation models to deliver personalized, relevant communications at scale
  • Document CRM workflows, automation logic, and testing frameworks

Qualifications Needed:

  • 3–5 years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation experience — ideally within fintech, trading, or a high-volume consumer platform
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CleverTap, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to design and evaluate experiments, measure campaign impact, and optimize based on data
  • Experience building automated workflows and behavioural trigger journeys at scale
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel campaign orchestration
  • AI fluency — active use of AI tools in day-to-day marketing and analytics workflows
