Job Description: As a Conversion Specialist (Arabic), you will convert new leads into funded Arabic-speaking trading accounts, driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Convert new leads into funded Arabic-speaking trading accounts.
• Engage prospects via phone, chat, and email to drive conversions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships during onboarding.
• Track conversion metrics and report on performance.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of sales or conversion experience in Forex, CFD, or fintech.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of trading products and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
