Qualifications Needed:

• University graduate with genuine interest in consulting, business advisory, and professional services
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset — innovative, curious, and purpose-driven approach required
• Inclusive approach — values diverse perspectives and builds safety and trust in team environments
• Accounting, Finance, Business, or related degree preferred for EY Consulting Graduate Program
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills for consulting team client engagement
