Job Title: Compliance Officer Fintech and Digital Payments

Job Description: As a Compliance Officer Fintech and Digital Payments, you will establish and maintain compliance controls for a digital-payments environment, supporting regulatory licensing, AML and KYC processes, policy development, transaction oversight, risk assessment, and engagement with internal teams and external authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain compliance policies for fintech and digital-payment activities
• Support regulatory licensing, renewals, filings, and supervisory requirements
• Oversee AML, KYC, sanctions, and customer-due-diligence control processes
• Review transaction activity and escalate suspicious or higher-risk matters
• Conduct compliance-risk assessments for products, partners, and operational changes
• Advise business and technology teams on regulatory requirements before implementation
• Maintain compliance records, registers, evidence, and management reporting
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting digital payments and financial technology

Qualifications Needed:

• Relevant compliance experience in fintech, digital payments, banking, or financial services
• Working knowledge of AML, KYC, sanctions, and customer-due-diligence requirements
• Understanding of regulatory licensing and ongoing compliance obligations
• Ability to draft policies, assess risk, and maintain defensible compliance records
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work across product, operations, technology, and senior-management teams
