Job Title: Compliance Officer, CFD/Derivatives (SCA)

Job Description: As a Compliance Officer specialising in CFDs and derivatives under SCA regulation, you will ensure that our trading and brokerage operations meet all regulatory obligations, implementing robust compliance frameworks and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures for CFD and derivatives trading.
• Monitor trading activity, client onboarding, and ongoing due diligence to ensure SCA compliance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and correspondence to the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).
• Conduct compliance reviews, training, and internal audits to identify and mitigate risks.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of compliance experience in brokerage, trading, or financial services, with specific expertise in CFDs and derivatives.
• Deep knowledge of SCA regulations, UAE financial markets, and derivatives trading frameworks.
• Experience with compliance monitoring systems and trade surveillance tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent in English.
