Job Title: Compliance Monitoring and Testing Officer

Job Description: As a Compliance Monitoring and Testing Officer, you will run compliance monitoring and testing for a global crypto exchange’s Bahrain-licensed entity.

Responsibilities:

• Run compliance monitoring and testing programmes, covering AML/CFT, sanctions, and regulatory obligations.
• Design and execute monitoring and testing plans, identifying control weaknesses and remediation actions.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior management and governance committees.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to enhance controls.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of compliance monitoring, testing, or audit experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Bahraini regulations (CBB), AML/CFT frameworks, and crypto compliance.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CGSS) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
