Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Job Description: As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will conduct compliance assessments, monitor regulatory developments, and provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance assessments and audits to identify areas of risk and non-compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends, and communicate updates and implications to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory reports and submissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the financial services industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
