Job Title: Community Engagement Manager, MENA

Job Description: As a Community Engagement Manager for the MENA region at OKX, you will build and nurture vibrant user communities across the Middle East and North Africa, driving brand loyalty, user activation, and localised engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies across social platforms, forums, and offline events.
• Manage community channels (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit) and moderate discussions to foster positive engagement.
• Create localised content, campaigns, and initiatives that resonate with MENA audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align community activities with business goals.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of community management or social media engagement experience in crypto, fintech, or gaming.
• Deep understanding of crypto communities, Web3 culture, and MENA social media trends.
• Proven track record of building and scaling engaged online communities.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
