Job Title: Communications Specialist

Job Description: As a Communications Specialist for the UAE at Tamara, you will lead external and internal communications, manage media relations, and drive brand storytelling for a leading BNPL fintech, amplifying its presence across local markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communications strategies, including press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content.
• Manage relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
• Craft internal communications, newsletters, and announcements to engage employees and align with company culture.
• Support corporate events, product launches, and crisis communications as needed.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of communications, PR, or corporate communications experience in fintech, tech, or consumer brands.
• Strong media network in the UAE and GCC; proven track record of securing media coverage.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills; fluency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
