Job Title: Collections Operations Associate

Job Description: As a Collections Operations Associate, you will manage escalated customer cases within a Saudi financial-technology environment, investigating root causes, preparing compliant responses, monitoring collection interactions, and identifying improvements that strengthen customer outcomes and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities:

• Own escalated collections and customer-care tickets through resolution
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve complex customer cases
• Conduct root-cause analysis covering operational, regulatory, legal, and process issues
• Draft accurate and compliant responses through Salesforce, email, and supported service channels
• Identify recurring problems and recommend systemic process improvements
• Perform quality audits of collection and customer-service calls
• Review conversation transcripts for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor chat and email interactions and escalate control or service concerns when identified

Qualifications Needed:

• At least one year of high-volume customer-care or collections experience using chat and email channels
• Professional Arabic and English language capability is mandatory
• Strong root-cause analysis, investigation, documentation, and written-response skills
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Bachelor’s degree and familiarity with fintech, BNPL, or SAMA and CBUAE collection requirements are preferred
