Job Title: Client Relationships Manager (Uzbek/Russian-speaking)

Job Description: As a Client Relationships Manager, you will provide multilingual client service and account management for a retail FX broker, supporting Uzbek and Russian-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and build relationships with Uzbek and Russian-speaking clients, providing personalised support and account management.
• Assist clients with onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, and platform navigation.
• Resolve client queries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, compliance, and support teams to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of client relationship or customer support experience in FX trading or fintech.
• Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
• Strong understanding of FX trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and client servicing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
