Job Title: Client Manager

Job Description: As a Client Manager, you will act as a principal operational contact for institutional or corporate banking clients, coordinating onboarding and implementation, maintaining documentation, supporting credit and service requirements, resolving issues, and helping deliver business initiatives with a consistent focus on client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients on operational and service matters
• Coordinate client onboarding, implementation, and account-maintenance activities
• Build productive relationships with clients and internal banking partners
• Support credit-related administration and ensure required client information is maintained
• Coordinate resolution of service issues across operations, product, compliance, and technology teams
• Maintain complete and accurate client documentation and operational records
• Contribute to business initiatives designed to improve service and operational efficiency
• Monitor open actions and provide clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in client management, banking operations, or relationship support
• Understanding of client onboarding and implementation processes
• Ability to coordinate credit, documentation, and operational requirements
• Strong relationship-building and client-service skills
• Effective organization, issue-resolution, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to work across product, operations, compliance, and technology teams
