Job Title: Chief Of Staff Digital Payments

Job Description: As a Chief of Staff for Digital Payments at a leading payments technology organization in Saudi Arabia, you will drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence for digital payments transformation. You will work closely with leadership to execute strategic projects, manage cross-functional coordination, and ensure the successful delivery of digital payments initiatives in the Kingdom .

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence for digital payments
• Work closely with leadership on strategic project execution
• Manage cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure successful delivery of digital payments transformation initiatives
• Support strategic planning and execution for payments products
• Coordinate with product, technology, and commercial teams
• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant experience in payments, fintech, or digital banking leadership
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
• Deep understanding of digital payments and financial technology
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC payments ecosystem
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Arabic language skills preferred for regional engagement
