Job Title: Chief of Staff

Job Description: As Chief of Staff for Core Payments EEMEA at a globally leading payments technology company, you will provide thought leadership to the Management Team and ensure the goals and objectives of a core payments division spanning the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region are met — supporting the Mission of redefining the future of payments across EEMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership to the Management Team ensuring EEMEA Core Payments goals and objectives are met
• Support the Mission of redefining the future of payments across EEMEA from the Chief of Staff function
• Coordinate strategic priorities and operational delivery across the EEMEA Core Payments leadership team
• Manage executive calendars, meeting agendas, and strategic communication for Core Payments EEMEA leadership
• Produce executive reporting, Board materials, and strategic briefing documentation for EEMEA Core Payments leadership
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across Product, Commercial, Technology, and Compliance teams
• Monitor EEMEA payments market developments and assess strategic implications for Core Payments leadership
• Drive continuous improvement of EEMEA Core Payments leadership operations and strategic execution

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Chief of Staff or senior executive support experience with payments, fintech, or technology leadership
• Strong understanding of core payments products and EEMEA payments market dynamics
• Excellent thought leadership, strategic communication, and senior executive coordination skills
• Deep organizational, analytical, and cross-functional facilitation skills for EEMEA divisional leadership support
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA Core Payments leadership and stakeholder engagement
• UAE or EEMEA payments or fintech executive leadership support experience strongly preferred
