Job Title: Card Systems Technical Lead

Job Description: As a Card Systems Technical Lead, you will own card processing platform integration for a cards fintech, ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable card operations.

Responsibilities:

• Own card processing platform integration, including configuration, certification, and go-live.
• Manage technical workstreams with card schemes, processors, and issuing partners.
• Oversee testing, certification, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams on card initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of technical experience in card processing, issuing, or payments.
• Deep understanding of card schemes, BIN management, and certification processes.
• Strong knowledge of QCB regulations and the Qatari payments landscape.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
