Job Title: Card Program Lead

Job Description: As a Card Program Lead at PayTech Nexus, you will oversee the end-to-end management of card program initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of product launches and lifecycle management for card solutions in the Saudi market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of card program initiatives, including prepaid, debit, and credit card products.
• Manage vendor relationships, including card processors, BIN sponsors, and issuing banks.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and industry standards for card issuing and processing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive program milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of payments or card program management experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of card issuing, BIN sponsorship, and payment processing ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and the Saudi card market landscape.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
