Job Title: Card Fraud Operations Supervisor

Job Description: As a Card Fraud Operations Supervisor, you will lead fraud alert handling for a payments firm, protecting customers and reducing losses.

Responsibilities:

• Lead fraud alert handling and investigations across card products.
• Manage the fraud operations team, setting KPIs and driving performance.
• Develop and refine fraud detection rules and controls.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and engineering teams on fraud prevention.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of card fraud or financial crime experience in payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of card schemes, fraud typologies, and detection tools.
• Proven track record of leading fraud operations teams.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
