Job Description: As a professional at Caiz, an Islamic-compliant crypto exchange, you will contribute to the development and growth of a Sharia-compliant digital asset platform, supporting product, operations, or compliance functions.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and operations of an Islamic-compliant crypto exchange platform.
• Ensure all products, processes, and transactions adhere to Sharia principles and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Sharia advisors, compliance teams, and product managers to deliver platform features.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of experience in crypto, fintech, or Islamic finance.
• Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant finance, digital assets, and blockchain technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
