Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support data-driven decisions across marketing, acquisition, retention, and commercial performance, building BI solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build BI dashboards and reports to support marketing, acquisition, retention, and commercial performance analysis.
• Analyse user acquisition, conversion, churn, and engagement data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align BI insights with business strategy.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across BI platforms.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of Business Intelligence or analytics experience in fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with data modelling, data warehousing, and performance marketing analytics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
