Job Title: Business Development Manager – International Trade

Job Descriptions: Seeking a Business Development Manager for International Trade in Dubai. WorldFirst’s shared purpose is ‘to make it easy to do business anywhere’ — combining Wordlist’s international payment products with Ant Group’s digital solutions to enable the digitalization of modern services industry globally for small and medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development for WorldFirst’s international trade payments and multi-currency account solutions across the UAE and MENA market
  • Identify and target SME and mid-market businesses requiring international trade payments, cross-border transfers, and FX management solutions
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with e-commerce businesses, exporters, importers, and international trading companies
  • Present WorldFirst’s platform capabilities — including international payments, multi-currency accounts, and FX risk management — to senior decision-makers
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through commercial negotiation, onboarding, and client activation
  • Collaborate with WorldFirst’s global product and operations teams on client solution design and payment infrastructure requirements
  • Monitor UAE and MENA international trade and cross-border payments landscape — identifying new market opportunities
  • Represent WorldFirst at UAE trade, e-commerce, and fintech industry events

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven B2B business development experience in international payments, trade finance, or cross-border fintech solutions
  • Understanding of SME international trade payment needs, multi-currency accounts, and FX management
  • Track record of client acquisition in the UAE or MENA market for international payments or financial services
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills for UAE and MENA business client engagement
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of Ant Group’s ecosystem and WorldFirst’s product capabilities preferred
