Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager covering the MENA region for a digital banking and fintech technology company, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth — identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and closing deals with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions requiring digital banking and financial technology solutions across the Middle East and North Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial growth across MENA — identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions
• Build and manage strategic client relationships with banking and financial services decision-makers across the MENA region
• Present digital banking and financial technology solutions to C-suite, CTO, and commercial decision-makers at target institutions
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through commercial negotiation and contract close
• Develop and execute MENA regional sales strategy in alignment with global commercial objectives
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence
• Monitor MENA digital banking technology market developments, competitive dynamics, and regulatory landscape
• Represent the organization at MENA fintech, digital banking, and financial services industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven B2B business development experience in digital banking technology, fintech, or financial services in the MENA region
• Track record of building strategic client relationships and closing commercial deals with banking institutions
• Strong understanding of digital banking technology ecosystems, core banking transformation, and fintech solutions
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Existing network among MENA banking institutions and technology decision-makers preferred
• Arabic language skills preferred for MENA banking client engagement
