Job Title: Business Development Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Development Analyst, you will support a fast-paced fintech growth function by researching prospects, coordinating sales-cycle activity, analyzing commercial data, maintaining CRM records, and helping business-development teams convert qualified opportunities into productive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Research prospective clients, sectors, and commercial opportunities
• Support business-development activity across the sales cycle
• Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and activity records in the CRM
• Analyze sales data and commercial performance indicators
• Prepare prospect briefs, presentations, and business-development materials
• Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, and internal actions for active opportunities
• Work with internal teams to progress opportunities and resolve blockers
• Produce pipeline updates and insight-led recommendations for management

Qualifications Needed:

• Four to nine years of relevant professional experience
• Experience supporting business development or sales in a fintech environment
• Prospect-research and market-analysis skills
• Ability to manage and maintain CRM and pipeline data
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting capability
• Clear communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills
